Delivery Returns & Privacy Policy

Each butterfly box is handmade to order. We do our utmost to get your gift to you as soon as possible. The majority of orders are delivered to you within 7 days if not earlier. Large orders may take slightly longer, but if it is likely to take more than 7 days we will let you know when your order is confirmed.



UK Orders

We have a standard £5.95 delivery charge for delivery to a UK address. Orders for British off-shore islands and Ireland will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels service.

Overseas orders

Please email us for a bespoke delivery estimate.

We use couriers who offer a reliable and trackable service that includes insurance. Please contact us with any specific delivery requirements to ensure that your gift arrives safely - to the correct destination (at work or at home).



Undamaged Returns

If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 7 days for a refund (not including postage). Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and returns can only be accepted with prior authorisation. All returned items must be sent insured with proof of posting.

All returned butterfly boxes must be undamaged. In circumstances where we are not at fault for a return, i.e. you changed your mind about the order then we may still give authorisation for the return, however delivery charges cannot be refunded and returns in this instance will be subject to a 20% restocking fee less postage.

Customised orders may not be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged Returns

We go to great lengths to ensure that everything is very well packaged when it leaves us. Boxes are always labelled as fragile but unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs in transit.

We will happily replace damaged items free of charge but the damaged item must be received back first in order to make a claim from the delivery company, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

To cancel an order simply let us know by email or telephone within 24 hours of placing your order and you will be refunded in full. After 24 hours your order will have already been started and cancellation will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If you are unhappy with either the product or the service you have received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We aim to acknowledge your query on the same day or next business day. If it is not possible to resolve your query immediately, you will be informed of the timescale anticipated to solve the problem. As a small business, quality of customer service is our absolute priority. You will be kept fully informed of the progress of your query via email and telephone.
